At Taylor Stitch, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 21-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the item is securely packed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our workshop team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
